Here
you will find a collection of Macros, CNC programs, and other program
related items. Some of these can be quite useful and are designed
for a specific task, while others are more novelty type items that
you can have fun with. Nevertheless, they are here free for Advanced
Support Program members. Detailed instructions are included with
each item.

Holiday
Deer Yard Ornaments
This
program will machine a pair of free standing holiday deer yard ornaments,
a long time holiday favorite. This program requires a 4' by 8' by
3/4" thick sheet of plywood. Both deer can be assembled with
antlers or one may be assembled without antlers. Program can use
any size router bit from 1/4' to 1/2" diameter.

Block
Text Machining Program
This
program allows any name to be typed in and then machined in 2" square
block style letters. Letters are attached, but appear as though they
are separate. Makes an excellent gift for children and adults alike.
Comes with instructions and programs to make a fixture and machine
the names (Note: does not work with Windows™ Operating System
- only OS/2™).

Extension
Cord Caddy Machining Program
This
program will machine Extension Cord Caddy(s) as pictured below. The
program will automatically nest any quantity desired (or one at a
time) by setting a variable at the beginning of the program. The
program may also be setup to prompt the operator each time for a
quantity. This is a very handy item to keep those extension cords
tangle free. They make for nice gifts also.

3-Axis
Circle Macros (M920 cw & M930 ccw)
These
Macros are specifically designed for 3-axis machining. These macros
will automatically create a tangent lead in/out arc that is based
on a percentage of the main arc and number of degrees desired to
lead in/out with. The tool is simply positioned to the center of
the hole that is needed. 4 variables are set to let the macro know
the diameter, plunge depth, speed, and plunge speed. The macro will
then automatically index to the start of the lead in, perform the
lead in, the main circle, the lead out, then move back to the exact
location before the macro was called.

Axis
Shift Utility
This
utility allows you to adjust line segment probed programs on the "X", "Y",
and "Z" axes. This will adjust the entire program by the amount and
direction specified. You can adjust one axis or all three at the
same time if needed. This is useful for moving programs for the difference
between the probe and the main spindle.

91/9100
to 91000 AFL Converter
This
utility is designed to convert the 91/9100 SuperControl AFL (Advanced
Function Language) format to the 91000 SuperControl AFL format.
The 91/9100 uses the symbol "@" to designate an AFL line
and the 91000 uses open and closed square brackets "[ ]".
