569A Lionel-Boulet February 16, 2005 David Godbout Object : Thermwood Sir, This present letter is to inform you of the changes, which have occurred in our plant since the purchase of the Thermwood router. We have been manufacturing kitchen cabinets since 1993. We used to manufacture kitchens the old traditional way with a sliding table saw and a saw operator. We had to prepare a cut list, execute the panel sizing cuts, following the sizing operations, we had to groove our workpieces and then with the help of more employees assemble and ship our units. Our business has been in a continuous growth over the last few years, we then decided to purchase a Thermwood CNC router, in order to execute every machining task all at once with the same machine in order to reduce the manpower and extra over time required in order to produce our cabinetry. The purchase of our Thermwood has exceeded every one of our expectations. We are and have always been supported by the CNC Automation team. We expected to be overwhelmed with difficulties in the creation of furniture designs and their production, but with the training and the after sales support that we have received from CNC Automation, we undertook these new challenges without any major shortcomings. Our sales volume have been increasing ever more and our employee salary costs have gone down, mission accomplish! We have gradually grown from standard cabinetry into more and more complex units. To resume our experience so far; our Thermwood router bought from CNC Automation has saved us time and money. We are now moving forward with the design of not only our standard cabinetry but intricate furniture pieces as well. This accomplishment, we owe it to Thermwood with their machine reliability and to CNC Automation for their support in this new adventure. On behalf of every one of our team members, thank you and from myself please accept my sincere gratitude for a job well done, keep up the good work! Respectfully yours, Daniel Lebrun, President |
