In the month of September 2004 we purchased a Thermwood CNC Router.  We purchased it through CNC Automation (the Canadian Thermwood Dealer).  Since initially firing up the machine in the early days of that September there has been no looking back for GCW Kitchen and Bath Inc.  With the help of the very qualified programming staff at CNC Automation we were soon up and running.  It took a couple of weeks to work out the bugs, but the support from both CNC Automation and Thermwood has been outstanding.  The ease of communicating with both companies, their expertise, and promptness in sending out needed parts to get us up and running again quickly are what we feel sets them apart.  We have heard horror stories from our colleagues that other CNC companies simply deliver the CNC machine without providing any support whatsoever.  Not so with CNC Automation and Thermwood.  We are very pleased with our affiliation to both of these companies and look forward to growing together with them for years to come.
