Cut Ready is currently available two ways from Thermwood:
The Cut Center - requires neither a CNC programmer nor a trained machine operator. The Cut Center moves beyond just programming to guide the operator through the entire production process real time. Pretty much anyone can run a Cut Center.
Add-on option - Cut Ready software can be added to most compatible Thermwood 3-axis machines, depending on the machine's table size and number of tool positions. Some current Thermwood owners can also add Cut Ready to the machine they already have.
Can I Run a CNC Router Without Programming?
Yes. With Cut Ready, you never write a CNC program. You enter what you want to build, choosing any cabinet style and size with no template or library limits, and Cut Ready creates the parts, nests them on the sheet and runs the router. It then prints color-coded labels and shows you how the parts go together.
On the Cut Center, Cut Ready goes further and guides the operator through the entire production process in real time, from loading sheets to recovering from a broken tool. That's why a shop doesn't need a CNC programmer or a trained machine operator to run one.

Choose a Cut Ready-equipped 3-axis router if you also need a conventional CNC router. You'll still need machine training and normal router operation, apart from programming, but you can program and run the machine as a standard CNC router for other work, and choose from larger tables and more tooling.
